Bingohour Account

Only one account per person/per household is permitted unless prior approval has been given by the Bingohour management; this rule includes any other site within the bingo network (we will confirm other network sites if requested). If a player is found to have more than one account, the management will reserve the right to have any deposits credited back to their card, any bonus funds will be revoked and any winnings returned to the game(s). The additional account(s) will be terminated and an admin charge of up to £10 will be applicable. The player may also be asked to close their account(s).

 

Placing Your Bets or Wagers

You may bet or wager up to the amount deposited in your Customer Account by using one or more Beast Gaming's Products; we do not operate credit accounts.

You are obliged to check that the bet or wager instructions you submit are correct before confirming the bet or wager. It is your responsibility to ensure that any bet or wager put forward by you reflects your intentions and we do not accept responsibility for any mistakes you may make.

When a wager is offered by you and accepted on a Beast Gaming Product, the corresponding amount is charged against your Customer Account.

At all times, where there is any disagreement as to the details of any bet or wager staked on a Beast Gaming Product or the outcome of any bet or wager, our electronic records (which are part of our regulated and audited technical facilities) shall prevail.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. A malfunction is considered to be a failure of any system or systems that would cause an error during the processing of a transaction such that the normal processing of that transaction is interrupted and unrecoverable.

 

Dormant and Inactive Customer Accounts

If you have not logged into your Customer Account or otherwise not accessed or used it for a continuous period of twelve calendar months, your Customer Account shall be deemed to be dormant or inactive. Similarly if we have suspended your Customer Account for the reasons given in the section headed Suspending and Closing an Account for such a period it shall be considered dormant or inactive.

Any Customer Account deemed to be dormant or inactive will be subject to the following rules:

1. If a bonus payment has been made to your Customer Account and those funds have not been used within 3 months of being credited to your account, the management reserves the right to clear down these bonus funds from your Customer Account.

2. All funds left over after clearing down any applicable bonus funds, as per above, will be donated to http://www.rainbowtrust.org.uk

 

Suspending and Closing an Account

In certain circumstances, we may need to suspend your Account or access to the money in your Customer Account which means that your funds may be temporarily unavailable for you to use or withdraw.

An Account or access to money in it may be suspended for a number of reasons, including where we have reason to believe that the security of your Account has been breached, or your Account is being used for any unlawful activity or fraudulent purpose (including money laundering), or if there have been charge-backs on your account, or if we have reason to believe you are involved in collusion or cheating of any kind or are under 18 or in a jurisdiction (or citizen of a jurisdiction) that renders the provision of the Beast Gaming Products to you or your use of them illegal.

We will try and complete any investigations and deal with the cause of any suspension as soon as practicable in the context of any legal or regulatory obligations that we may have but until that is done we may continue the suspension or opt to close the Account at our sole discretion. We can also put a suspension in place or close your Customer Account at any time (as we may determine at our discretion).

If we suspend a Customer Account or access to the funds in it, we will remove the restrictions if you lodge a complaint and provide us with reasonable proof in relation to our concerns. You must provide such proof to us at the latest within three months from the date of suspension. Any Loyalty points within a customer's account will become reset to Zero upon account closure either by the customer or the company.

We reserve the right to close a Customer Account at any time in our discretion. We will give you reasonable notice before doing so, unless circumstances dictate that we legally or practically cannot do so.

You have the right to close a Customer Account at any time, provided that your Account does not show a balance is due to us. You should indicate your intention to us to close a Customer Account by contacting our Customer Service Team. In this case, you will be sent the amount outstanding to the credit of your Customer Account by a method of payment determined by us.

You agree that charging back any deposited funds shall be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions and entitle us to suspend or close you Customer Account and terminate our relationship with you. In such cases we reserve the right to retain any balance on the account (including in respect of winnings) to offset any charge-back liability.

If for any reason you lose the right to the funds in your Customer Account (e.g. because of criminal activity) the funds will be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws or regulations.

You should be aware that these provisions are in addition to any other provisions set out in relation to any particular Beast Gaming Product (e.g. in Product-Specific Terms or Game or House Rules) and that if there are conflicts the most restrictive rules will apply.

If a request is received for an account to be closed; Bingohour will close that account within 48 hours from the request. Any deposits made or bets placed within that period will be deemed valid. If you make a withdrawal and then close your account, your account will not be closed until that withdrawal has been fully processed, any deposits or bets made during that period will be valid.

 

Complaints and Disputes

By "complaint" we mean a complaint you have about any aspect of our conduct in relation to your dealings with us and by "dispute" we mean either a complaint which is not resolved through the Complaints Procedure or a disagreement which relates to the outcome of a gambling transaction on a Beast Gaming Product.

If you have a complaint, you should in the first instance contact the Customer Support Team. Complaints should be made as soon as possible after circumstances arise that cause you to have a complaint. Complaints will be dealt with under the Complaints Procedure.

We will use our reasonable efforts to resolve a Complaint promptly. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our resolution of your complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter as set out in our Dispute Resolution Policy

All disputes are dealt with under our Dispute Resolution Policy.

We reserve the right to record all communications with you and any other person regarding complaints or disputes. If there is a dispute as to the contents of any such communication, reference will be made to such records and to our transaction database which, in the absence of any contrary evidence, shall be decisive.

You are reminded that under other provisions of the Terms and Conditions both you and we have the right to close or suspend the operation of your Account and that this may happen whilst a complaint or dispute is pending.

You accept that any complaints and disputes are and remain confidential both whilst a resolution is sought and afterwards. You agree that you shall not disclose the existence, nature or any detail of any complaints or disputes to any third party other than under the Dispute Resolution Policy (which shall include the discussion of any such any complaints and disputes in any chat room or forum offered by ourselves or any third party).

You accept that any failure to comply with this confidentiality obligation is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and that we reserve the right not to continue seeking a resolution to your complaint or dispute.

 

Complaints Procedure

As a first stage, if you make a complaint we will investigate the matter in a manner that is fair and objective and advise you of the outcome and/or our decision as soon as we reasonably can. We may have to ask you for more information or appropriate evidence from you for the purposes of dealing with your complaint.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first stage you may request that the matter be escalated and reviewed again. In such instances, as a second stage, your complaint will be referred internally to a senior manager who will conduct an independent review. We will advise you of the outcome and/or our decision as soon as we reasonably can and we may have to ask you again for more information or appropriate evidence

 

Dispute Resolution Policy

If you have a dispute which does not arise from an unresolved complaint you should as a first stage use our Complaints Procedure to seek a resolution of that dispute. You are not obliged to do so and may refer immediately to an independent adjudicator as set out below.

You may refer a dispute (including an unresolved complaint) to an independent adjudicator. If the dispute relates to a Beast Gaming Product, the appropriate adjudicator is determined by reference to that Beast Gaming Product or by the regulator of the Beast Gaming Product.

Any dispute that does not relate solely to a particular Beast Gaming Product shall be referred to the regulator of the Beast Gaming Product on which you have gambled most.

Where a dispute is referred to a regulator this will be dealt with according to the laws and dispute resolution processes specified by such regulator and the resulting decision shall be final and binding and you therefore will not have further recourse to the courts. Where you refer a dispute to any other independent third party such as IBAS you will always have recourse to the courts if you feel it appropriate.

 

Self Exclusion

We offer a self-exclusion facility to help those customers who feel that their gambling is out of control and want our assistance to help them stop. By entering into a self-exclusion agreement with Bingohour, customers will be prevented from using their account for a specific period, as determined by the customer, of between 6 months and 5 years and we will take reasonable steps to prevent the opening of new accounts.

Accounts that have been self-excluded are unable to be reactivated under any circumstances until the expiry of the self-exclusion period. At the end of the period, customers may recommence gambling by contacting us.

We will take reasonable steps to prevent you re-opening your account or opening new accounts. However, during the period of your exclusion, you must not attempt to re-open your accounts or to try and open new accounts.

Please be aware that Bingohour cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred after an exclusion or account closure has been requested by a customer; we will do our utmost to close or exclude the account within 24 hours of receipt of the request, however any business carried out between the time of the request and closure/exclusion will be valid.

If a specific period is not given, we will exclude you for the minimum period of 6 months.

 

Interupted Games

In the event of interrupted gaming (e.g. where your internet connection is disconnected), our random number generator will continue to determine the result of your bet on the relevant game and will process the transaction as would have occurred had the interruption not occurred (e.g. had your internet connection been live). You will be able to access details of the bet that was determined when your play was interrupted by viewing your Account History.

 

PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Explanation of Terms and Conditions

Each individual promotion will come with its own set of terms and conditions in addition to the standard terms conditions listed here. If for any reason, a promotion does not have specified terms and conditions, then the promotion will default to the standard promotional terms and conditions.

 

2. Abuse of Promotions

In the event that Bingohour believes You are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or You are likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted, Bingohour may at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from You any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate Your access to the Services and/or block Your account. In such circumstances, Bingohour shall be under no obligation to refund any funds that may be in Your account other than Your original deposit amounts. Full Beat the Banker bonuses cannot be credited until the completion of the Beat the Banker depositing period. Any player who makes a withdrawal between depositing and receiving their full Beat the Banker bonus will rescind the right to this bonus. The management reserve the right to remove all future bonuses from players who continue to abuse this bonus.

 

3. Right to Rescind

Bingohour reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time.

 

4. Eligibility

All Player offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc), and shared computer, eg. school, public library or workplace. All Bingohour offers are intended for recreational players and Bingohour may in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of Players to participate in any promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any Player or group of Players.

 

5. Offer recall

We reserve the right to reclaim all bonuses awarded and any winnings accrued if Players are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of a Bingohour promotion. Where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a Player or group of Players, which due to enhanced payments through promotional offers results in guaranteed Player profits irrespective of the outcome, Bingohour reserves the right to ignore the bonus element of such offers and settle the bets at the correct odds. We further reserve the right to ask any Player to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied at our absolute discretion.

 

6. Bonus Account and Wagering (Play Through) Requirements

(i) A Player's total account balance consists of a cash account balance and a bonus account balance.

(ii) A Player's bonus account cannot be cashed in but can be used to place wagers on all bingo and slot games, however, the bonus account cannot be used to wager on table games or video poker.

(iii) When You enter a game that bonus money is permitted on, You will see this in Your balance. When You enter a game that bonus money is not permitted on, i.e. restricted games, you will not see the bonus money in your balance.

(iv) Specific play-through requirements are indicated in the terms and conditions of each promotion.

(v) If for any reason, a promotion does not have specified terms and conditions, then the promotion will default to the standard promotional terms and conditions.

(vi) If You make a withdrawal and bonus funds remain in Your bonus account, these bonus funds will be forfeited; You will be given the option to cancel Your withdrawal before committing.

(vii) Please note that once a withdrawal is made, any revoked bonuses will not be returned to the customer's account.

(viii) Bonus amounts credited to a Player's bonus account are subject to different wagering requirements before they are converted to Your cash balance and can be withdrawn.

(x) The bonus amount must be played through in full before the bonus balance is converted into the cash account.

Example 1: Player A has purchased £100 and received a bonus of £100, therefore has a total balance of £200. Player A decided to only player slots, therefore, Player A must wager 50 X £100 = £5,000 before the bonus account is converted into cash and eligible for withdrawal.

Example 2: Player B has purchased £100 and received a bonus of £50, therefore has a total balance of £150. Player B decided to wager £100 on bingo, or 2 X £50, therefore has reached 50% of the wagering requirement. Player B now decided to play slots, Player B now must wager 50 X £50 X 50% = £1250, before the bonus account is converted into cash and eligible for withdrawal.

(xi) For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the Player's cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account.

(xii) Winnings on wagers made from a Player's cash account are credited directly to their cash account.

(xiii) Winnings on slot games or 1-Line, 2-Line and Full House prizes that occur from wagers made from a Player's bonus account are credited to their bonus account, however, the wagering requirements only apply to the original bonus amount as bonus money obtained from winnings is not subject to wagering requirements. Therefore, once that requirement is met, all bonus money is converted into cash.

Example 1: Player C has purchased £100 and received a bonus of £100, therefore has a total balance of £200. Player C decided to only play slots, and therefore, is subject to a wagering requirement of 50 times, or £5,000. After the player has wagered £1,000, the total balance left is £50, hence, the balance consists of only bonus money. After the next £1,000 of wagering the player wins, and now has a balance of £400. All £400 is bonus money as it was won with bonus money, however, is still only subject to the original £5,000 wagering requirement, which £2,000 has been completed. So the player wagers a further £3,000 and has a balance of £500, which has been won from the £400 bonus money, but the original £100 bonus has been played through, therefore, all £500 is now in the cash account and eligible for withdrawal.

Any other bonus prizes or any cash prizes won using bonus funds and bonus received through redemption of Loyalty Points will be added to your bonus account and will be subject to standard wagering requirements; this includes tournaments, team bingo, manually credited jackpots and any other promotional bonuses. If both bonus and cash funds are used, winnings will be distributed to the bonus and cash account accordingly.

 

7. No Deposit Bonus (where offered)

You may play any game with bonus money, but the initial amount is still subject to wagering requirements. As No purchase is required on all No Deposit bonuses, the total winnings eligible for withdrawal are limited to a maximum of 10 times the bonus received.

Please be aware that any play using No Deposit Sign Up Bonuses will not unlock bonus funds and all winnings will return directly to your bonus account; these funds are not available for withdrawal. Reload Bonus

From time to time Bingohour offers players a reload bonus. The following reload bonus terms and conditions are applicable with wagering requirements. All games including: Blackjack, Choice Blackjack, Roulette, Jacks Roulette and Video Poker/Video Poker Side Bet are eligible in the reload bonus offers.

If you use your reload bonus to play any of our games, the following terms and conditions apply: To enable you to withdraw this bonus or any winnings gained from this bonus, you must rollover your deposit and the reload bonus 40 times. Example below:

£50 + reload bonus (i.e. 25%) x 40 = £2500 rollover.

Cash Match Offers

Bingo wagering terms and conditions apply to Cash Match offers and Depositing Coupon offers (cash match must be wagered 4 times before wagering is met). Withdrawals

If you make a withdrawal before your initial deposit is wagered once, there will be a £5 admin charge made, the minimum single withdrawal that can be made is £20, any withdrawal for less than £20 will be declined and monies will be returned to the players account, there may be a £5 admin fee charged at the discretion of the management.

Management reserves the right to request identification documents in order to prevent fraud and ensure withdrawals are sent to the correct person. Identification proof such as proof of ID, a copy of the front of the card used to deposit and proof of residential address (utility bill or similar) may be required. These details MUST match the details listed in your account profile (name, address, phone number and email address). Use of invalid contact details may result in closure of account and all winnings being forfeited.

We process a maximum of £500 in withdrawals per week (Monday to Sunday).

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits

This facility enables customers to limit the amount of money that they are able to deposit online into their account on a daily, weekly or a monthly basis. Bingo Terms & Conditions

Players are not eligible for Cash Match or any other Bingo or Casino promotions on first deposit. All players are entitled to 250% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of £500.

All information given in registering onto the Bingohour site must be entirely accurate. Any discrepancies may result in the account being terminated. If cheques are returned because of addressing errors any ultimate re-issuing may result in a levy of £10.00 (or currency equivalent) being charged against the corresponding players account.

Under NO circumstances can credit cards be used that do not belong to the account holder. Failure to abide by this rule may result in legal proceedings.

If a player is banned from chat for abuse or any behaviour deemed unacceptable, the player will be ineligible to claim any winnings for draws or any other prizes which require the player to claim in live chat. Terms & Conditions of Playing Bingo

* Terms and Conditions for Free Bingo

No advanced purchases. Players must have at least 1p in their account. You must be a depositing player to be able to withdraw any winnings on free bingo and you deposit must be wagered at least once.

 

Rules of Playing Bingo

At the start of each game the Caller will confirm the type of game and which winning combination must be completed to win.

Our random number generator will select and number that will be displayed on the indicator board and will be announced by the caller.

In the event of a discrepancy the number shown on the indicator board shall prevail over that announced by the caller.

If the number called appears on the combination in play, the game will mark off that number.

When a winning combination occurs, our servers will announce the winning combination which will be confirmed by the caller.

If more than one player claims the prize, the prize will be divided equally.

In the event of an equipment breakdown which prohibits the continuation of a game in progress, the game will be cancelled and all purchases refunded to members accounts.

In the case of any dispute, the decision of the Duty Manager is final.

 

Jackpot Game Rules - Live Bingo

Network Partner Progressive Jackpot-Seed Contribution means the sum paid by Bingo Network to provide their players with access to any Seeded Progressive Jackpot;

Network Promotional Events are Network-wide events organised and managed by Network for the sole purpose of enriching the game-play experience of all Players in the networked environment.

Purchasing a ticket or tickets in a specific game with a progressive jackpot makes you eligible to win the Progressive Jackpot for that instance of the game.

Multiple wins in one game instance will result in the equal distribution of the Jackpot to each ticket that qualifies as a winner.
